A 'Remarkable Comeback' at US Open

In what the New York Times is calling "one of the most remarkable comebacks in a sport where comebacks are the coin of the realm," the unseeded Sloane Stephens bested Madison Keys on Saturday at Queens' Arthur Ashe Stadium to win the US Open. 

Stephens won against the No. 15 Keys 6-3, 6-0, earning her first Grand Slam title against her friend and former Olympics teammate.

 Sports Illustrated notes Stephens "played nearly mistake-free tennis" with only six unforced errors against Keys, who "couldn't find her rhythm."
