Mahoning County Auditor Ralph Meachum outlines the property value increase that will affect your inside millage. The numbers for Mahoning County are just below 35 percent. Trumbull and Columbiana County are similar. The final numbers will be released next week. If a neighbor sold their house for at lot more than you think it was worth, chances are your property value will rise with theirs.
