Former Ohio State wide receivers coach Zach Smith hid a 2013 arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated from head coach Urban Meyer and the University.
Smith talked about the arrest through his attorney yesterday saying he chose to handle it on his own without involving the school.
Records show Smith was stopped by Dublin, Ohio Police in February of 2013 and refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Smith later pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of physical control, which is a misdemeanor.
