The Columbus Blue Jackets will open the new 2019-2020 NHL season on Friday, October 4th when they welcome the Toronto Maple Leafs to Nationwide Arena.
The Blue Jackets announced the information for the home opener over the weekend ahead of the release of the full season schedule.
Full and partial season tickets for 2019-2020 are currently on sale.
Team officials are expected to release all the dates for the upcoming season on Tuesday afternoon.
