Thanks to another defendant in the “Operation Varsity Blues” case, we now may have a look at the plea deal Lori Loughlin turned down.
Toby MacFarlane pleaded guilty to the same charges as the former “Fuller House” actress, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.
When Loughlin rejected her deal, prosecutors tacked on money laundering charges.
She’s adamant about avoiding jail time, but MacFarlane got a 15 month sentence.
