The Los Angeles Angels are bringing back Joe Maddon to be their manager.
Multiple reports say the two sides have agreed on a three-year deal worth at least 12-million-dollars.
The recently fired Cubs skipper previously spent 31 years with the Halos as a player, coach and interim manager.
Maddon was the bench coach when the Halos won the World Series in 2002.
He guided the Cubs to a championship in 2016.
Maddon replaces Brad Ausmus, who was let go after one year on the job.
The Angels will hold an introductory news conference with Maddon next week.
