CLEVELAND--On the first 80 degree night of the baseball season, Indians veteran Jason Kipnis secured his first....and second homers of the season as the Indians smacked the Baltimore Orioles 14-7 in the first of four games of the series.

So many Tribe highlights from the Indians offense (here you go Triv)!!

Hard to believe the Indians were down 5-1 in the third and starter Trevor Bauer gave up all seven Orioles runs before leaving in the sixth for AJ Cole (1-1) who received the win for Thursday night's game. The Indians bullpen shutout the Birds. Tribe outscored the Birds 13-2 after the middle of the third inning. So after the last two games, this hitting is out of character for an Indians team that struggled all season offensively.

Game two of the 11 game homestand continues Friday night with RHP Jefry Rodriguez (1-2, 2.92) who is looking for his second straight win. Baltimore will start RHP Dylan Bundy (1-5, 5.31)
