Valley Fish Fry Guide 2024

During the Lenten season, many churches and organizations in the Valley are cooking and selling fish every Friday up until Easter, which is Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Mahoning County


Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Lenten Fish Fry

4500 Norquest Boulevard

4-7 p.m. every Friday during Lent, including Good Friday

The cost is $15 and includes a choice of fried or baked haddock or seveb-piece fried shrimp with a choice of two: three pierogies, green beans, French fries, or macaroni and cheese. All dinners come with cole slaw, bread and butter, and dessert.

St. John’s Grecian Festival Glendi

4-7 p.m. Feb. 16 and 23, March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29

Fried, baked, and plaki style cod, fried shrimp, spanakopita, seafood pastitsio. Dine in or carry out. Dinners come with two sides or can get a la cart.

St. Luke Knights of Columbus

From 5-7 p.m. (or until sold out) every Friday during Lent, except Good Friday

Call the K of C fish Line at 330-330-2448 to place an order until 4 p.m. Friday.

Dinner is $15 for broiled or deep-fried fish, coleslaw, roll with butter, choice of side, cabbage and noodles and mac ‘n cheese. Additional sides are $6. A sandwich, broiled of fried, is $7.50 and includes toppings of cole slaw, cheese or tartar sauce.

Meals are take-out only; no seating is available.


Argus Lodge #545 Fish Fry

Cost is $15 a meal. Fried or baked fish, Coleslaw and dessert and your choice of French Fries, Mac ‘n’ cheese, or Haluski. Dine-in and carry out.

Canfield Lions Fish Fry

Cost is $16 and includes a choice of fried or baked haddock and a choice of macaroni and cheese, French fries, haluski or pierogies as well as a choice of green beans or coleslaw. Dessert is also included.


Collingwood Center Fish Fry

633 Porter Ave.

4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or until sold out. Every Friday from Feb. 16 through March 29. Take-out and dine-in are available.


American Legion Post 737 Fish Fry

16465 Milton Ave.

Begins Jan. 26 and runs until Good Friday.

Dine-in or carry-out available 3-7 p.m.

Menu includes: Fish $14; Shrimp $14; Chicken strips $12; Mac & cheese $3. All meals are served with fries and coleslaw.


Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Fish Fry

Begins Feb. 14 and runs every Friday through Good Friday, March 29.

St. Paul the Apostle Church Pierogi Sale

Orders may be placed Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8-11 a.m. by calling 330-542-3525.

Orders may be picked up between noon and 2 p.m. on Fridays. Potato, cabbage and cottage cheese pierogis are available for $8 per dozen.

Pickup is every Friday through April 26, beginning Jan. 12.

Basicilia and National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon
