A call to bring legality to 11 million souls who broke into our country has come from senior senator Chuck Schumer. I have grossly undersold my acumen when I hear such pearls of wisdom coming from a seasoned leader.
In a "nutshell" Schumer thinks this is the best course for replenishing a workforce who are no longer willing to work. Schumer's rationale is that legalizing the illegal will save Social Security and Medicare. Again, it is total capitulation to those who refuse to work. I guess he feels those who won't work at present will be total wards of the state.
Schumer goes further in suggesting that the low birthrate can only be repaired by bringing in soles from around the world who are willing to procreate. My question is why the number 11 million? Why not throw open the countries' borders to anyone who can make it to our Southern border?
Allowing this fate to play out, wouldn't America become as poor as the third world nations on our border. The helpless people presenting themselves for political asylum on our border will surely increase as the word gets out.
These aliens arrive on our border with only the shirt on their back and a debt owed to the Cartels. I am told the Cartels find more value in transporting soles to our border than dealing in drugs.
The incredible part of what I have said is that Senator Chuck Schumer seems unwilling to comprehend the devolution of America. Why doesn't he offer a solitary solution of which there are many.
Why not offer American families a tax credit for each child they produce and an incentive to keep their families together. Look to Victor Orban of Hungary who is promoting birthrate with stipends and tax credits.
It's sad to think we are looking to others to make babies. If we can't do something that comes naturally, what hope is there for America.
