The Cleveland Guardians are on a five-game losing streak following a 5-2 loss to the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. The Guardians gave up three runs in the bottom of the second and trailed the rest of the way. Nolan Jones and Angel Martinez each drove in a run in the losing effort, while Gavin Williams was charged with his fourth loss after surrendering four runs on seven hits in five-and-two-thirds innings. The Guardians are in second place in the AL Central at 40-and-43. They send Tanner Bibee to the mound against the Cubs tonight
