The Indians are preparing for the start of the season later this month and they held their 2nd practice session on Independence Day. As is part of the training the team held two separate sessions for the players to ensure their health and safety, one was from 9:30-noon and then in the afternoon from 1:30-4.
Shane Bieber threw 4 innings during the live BP portion of the morning session, while Adam Cimber, James Karinchak, Phil Maton, Nick Wittgren, and Hunter Wood each threw an inning.
During the afternoon session, Scott Moss threw 3 innings and Mike Clevinger threw 2 innings. The rest of the pitchers, Brad Hand, Cam Hill, James Hoyt, Anthony Gose, and Dominic Leone all threw one inning.
The Indians will take the field again for Day 3 of training on Sunday.
